East Valley Senior Care ("we"), a City Brands company, publishes this directory for families researching licensed senior care in Arizona. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.

What we collect

Facility information on this site comes from official Arizona public records and from facility representatives who claim their listings. From visitors, we collect only what you submit: listing-claim details (name, role, email, phone), correction reports, and — if you choose to request help — assessment answers and contact preferences. We do not collect health records, Social Security numbers or financial account information, and the care assessment works without any contact details.

How we use it

Claim and correction submissions are used to verify and improve listings. Contact details from a help request are used to respond to that request and, where you consent, to connect you with a named provider or advisor; that provider may pay us a referral fee, which never changes which facilities appear in the directory. We do not sell your personal information.

Retention, sharing & your choices

Submissions are retained while relevant to maintaining accurate listings or fulfilling your request, then deleted. We share information only with service providers that run this site (hosting, form processing, communications) and when the law requires it. To access, correct or delete information you submitted, email hello@eastvalleyseniorcare.com and we will respond promptly.
